Buildary supports integration with attendance systems used on construction projects. On larger projects, an attendance system is practically the only viable way to meet the requirement of Decree No. 131/2024 Coll., Annex 12, to maintain a nominal list of persons present on the project.

Integration with the ConVision system is used on a number of large construction projects. First, you need to contact ConVision and arrange access to the interface for your company. Then contact us and request that your domain be connected to ConVision. Once these initial steps have been completed, you can connect individual attendance terminals to Project Diaries yourself.

In the diary settings, under the Basic tab, configure the following:

* In the Attendance Terminal field, select the appropriate project from the list. * Leave the Filter by Contractor ID field empty if you want to import all available data into the diary, or enter the company ID (IČO) of the subcontractor whose data you want to import into the diary. Data from other companies will be filtered out.

Once configured, an ConVision Import button will appear in the Labour section, offering a menu with additional options:

* ConVision import immediately imports data according to the settings described above. * ConVision import with Selection first displays a list of companies that have at least one worker recorded on the selected day. You can use the checkboxes to select the companies whose attendance you want to import into the diary. This is useful when you maintain a diary for only part of a project but have a single shared attendance terminal and do not want to import attendance data for all companies.

Similarly to ConVision, we can also provide integration with other attendance systems, such as SYSDO, WIN-PAK, or ADAM.
