Scanned attachments

If some user does not have a signature certificate, then a substitute solution can be chosen.

In the Other Entries section, you can create a new entry where you write the required text, print the report and the person signs the printed report.
If you scan the printed report into PDF file, you can attach it to the diary entry by “Upload a scan of this report” option.

The entry is locked this way. The PDF file automatically becomes an attachment of the daily report.

In some countries, this self-made scanned copy is not legally binding. In this case, an authorised conversion from paper to electronic form must be done.
