Drawings with task markers are another part of the task management module.

You can see drawings categorized by the structure of the construction project. You can select a specific drawing and view the already created markers with tasks.

You can also choose drawings using the dropdown menu in the filtering field „Filter by project section“ or by clicking on the drawing.

In the drawing, you can see all the markers of individual tasks.

You may not see tasks in two cases:

• When the drawing is zoomed in too much and tasks fall outside the visible area. You can zoom in or out in several ways: by using the zoom in/out icons (+/-), clicking on the percentage display, or holding the Ctrl key while scrolling the mouse wheel.
• When filters are applied that exclude the tasks.

Thanks to the filters located just above the drawing, you can display only the tasks that interest you.

You can freely toggle the display of markers and tasks in drawings using these filters:

• Status.
• Category.
• Relation to the task.
• Task relevance.
• Construction section.

The colors of the individual markers represent the status of the task, so you can immediately tell the current status of the task by its color:

• Draft.
• Not Started.
• In Progress.
• Waiting.
• Completed.
• Deferred.
• Rejected.
• Approved.

Ponecháte-li kurzor myši na konkrétní značce zobrazí se informační okno se základním popisem úkolu. V tomto okně se zobrazuje tlačítko “Přejdi na detail úkolu”. Kliknutím na tlačítko se dostanete na detailní informace k úkolu, které dle oprávnění můžete editovat.
