In the application, it is possible to define Rules based on which the Assignees and the Task Approver are automatically pre-filled for a task. It will also ensure that even if a task is created by someone without knowledge of the work organization or supplier relationships on the construction site, the task can still be directed to the correct responsible individuals. In the case of the Approver, they can even ensure that no one else can approve the task, and after approval, that no one can modify it.

Rules are set in the Construction Settings, under the tab (Code lists- Task Management)

This tab contains sub-tabs: Rule Assigned 1, Rule Assigned 2, and Rule Approver (the person who is the only one authorized to give final approval for the task).
