+Attachments of any format can be uploaded to the record. When uploading attachments, it is recommended to adjust the size and number of attachments according to the quality of the internet connection. The larger the files used, the more issues you might encounter when downloading or uploading the signed protocol. The size of a single file must not exceed 30MB.
