List of Tasks

The window shows a list of tasks. The tasks you can see are affected by the filter settings in the header of the window.

You have the option to use the following filters:

  • By the user's relationship to the task.
  • By the task's relevance.
  • By the part of the building.

The funnel icon allows you to filter by:

  • Assigned.
  • Assigned's company.
  • Part of the building.
  • Category.

Clicking on a task opens the task form, where you can edit the information.

To edit, you must be the author of the task or the assigned.

The Bell icon may display a number on a red background, indicating how many changes have been made to tasks since your last visit. Clicking the icon opens a window with change notifications.

You can add a new task using the + button.

Filter Above the Task List

Using the filter, you can sort tasks by assignee 1, part of the construction, assignee's company, category, task relationship, or task status.

The magnifying icon allows you to enter any string that can be found in the Subject, Description, or Expression of the task.

Deleting a Task

In the task list, place your finger on the task and swipe it from right to left. The app will ask you if you want to 'Delete the record.' Confirming with 'OK' will remove the task.
