====== Editing the task ====== Clicking on the Task Subject or the pencil icon at the end of the task row in the task list opens a form that lets you edit the task information. {{gallery>:cs:tickets:editace_ukolu.png?direct&600|Editace úkolu.}} In terms of competencies regarding changes to the task, the following applies: The task **author** can edit all information at any time. The task **assigned** can only edit selected fields that do not affect the task assignment (Status, Resolver, Actual Start, and Actual End, Comments, Attachments). You must **save** changes to the task using the button in the bottom-right corner of the window. **Discussion on the task ** - you can have a separate discussion for each task. Comments can be entered manually or dictated using the microphone icon. To open the task discussion, click the two speech bubble icon in the upper right corner of the task form. =====Task History ===== {{:en:tickets:task_history.png?600|}} In the right part of the task form, a window opens showing the history of changes made to the task. If the window is not open, the information can be displayed using the icon with an arrow and a clock. The icon represents the type of change made. ===== Description on the task ===== **Response** - A text describing the method of solving the problem. It is usually filled out by the assigned. **Current State - Attachment** - Photographs or any other files attached to the task. {{:en:tickets:response_task.png?600|}} At the bottom of the task form, you have the option to describe how the task was resolved. You can also attach files to the record, such as photo documentation of the resolved task's status.
