Signing with a Buildary Certificate is the most convenient signing method because it requires no preparatory steps, takes place on the server, and is therefore as fast as possible.
This signing method is suitable for testing the application by new users and for working with diaries that are not maintained under the Construction Act.
When this signing method is configured, a personal signing certificate is generated for the user on the server.

A signature created using this certificate is, under eIDAS, a Advanced Electronic Signature, but it is not based on a qualified certificate. It therefore does not constitute a Recognized Electronic Signature under Czech law.
